West
Asheville Baptist consists of ordinary people who believe in
Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. You can become a
member of West Asheville Baptist Church by one of four ways:
1.
Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior
and being baptized by immersion.
2. You have already accepted Jesus as your Savior, but you have not been baptized by
immersion.
Follow in obedience to Christ's command and be
baptized by immersion.
3. Transfer of membership by letter from another Southern Baptist Church
and affirmation of the
church.
4. Statement of Fatih - Having previously
accepted Christ and been
baptized by immersion as a member of
another Christ-centered church.

GET INVOLVED...BY
ATTENDING OUR NEW MEMBERS CLASS:
Several times a year, Pastor Stan leads a class just for
new members. The class is a great opportunity to
get to know him, learn more about WABC, our beliefs and
how you can plug into different areas. Once
you join the church, Pastor Stan will let you know when
the next class starts and how you can be part of it.
GET INVOLVED...BY JOINING
SMALL GROUP BIBLE STUDY:
Wherever you turn in our Sunday School organization, you
will discover relevant, life-changing Bible studies for
all ages. The purpose of this guide is to help you
locate the class that meets you specific needs. When you
have identified your class of choice, you will discover
a leadership team committed, not to teaching lessons,
but touching lives.
GET INVOLVED...BY VOLUNTEERING:
Much of what is accomplished here at WABC is done
by the hands of our volunteers. We thank God for their
commitment and the giving of their time, talents and efforts. We are blessed to have many who
give freely each week. There are so many areas you
can use your gifts, talents and times.
